Health: Food, Body and Mind
Food and me, it is so double. I love it but I hate it too! Why? I like it so much that I tend to eat too much of it and of course that is not good. I really try to make healthy food and follow the trends, but on the other hand I like to snack and love the sweets. I work out like; running, walking, cycling, surfing and fitness, but sometimes that is easier said than done.
